SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

The Bridge Team Management course will ensure that the navigating officers recognize the importance of planning, effective communications and team work. Regulation Section A-VIII/2 and Section B-VIII/2 of the STCW Code and requirements as per IMO Model Course 1.22.
