OFFSHORE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM LEADER

The purpose of this training course is to prepare appointed persons with the knowledge and understanding to act a leader within an emergency offshore.

The individual should recognize, however, that this is only part of a broader training program, alongside company and installation-specific emergency response training, most of which will be conducted offshore on a regular basis as drills and exercises.

COURSE CONTENT

This course is conducted as per offshore Guideline. Covering following topics as per IMO Models.

• Incident Assessment
• Review available information or instruction
• Confirm the suitability of any pre-formed plan
• Plan the response if no pre-formed is suitable
• Execution of emergency response plan
• Monitor and control the use of resources
• Evaluation of progress and alteration plans as appropriate
• Determine when incident is complete
• Entry into Enclosed Spaces
• Use BA Sets & PPE
• FIRE PREVENTION & FIRE FIGHTING

• Passport, CDC, INDOS & COC
• 2 Passport size colored photographs
